Who can be a member?
Horizon Credit Union defines a member as a shareholder. Each member is required to have a “share” account with a minimum balance of $5. This minimum share balance entitles you, the member, to access all other credit union services and products.
With your one share, you join the other 5,000+ members in owning this credit union. Members elect a Board of Directors to serve during their elected term at the “Annual Meeting” held annually. In this election, YOUR vote makes the difference. Each member has one vote.
Horizon Credit Union is a state chartered credit union.
